Ability Plus Therapy is recognized as the largest pediatric outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Brevard County, serving the community since 2004. Our excellent reputation, both locally and abroad, stems from our dedicated team of therapists who are committed to providing high-quality care. Our team provides pediatric PT, OT, ST and intensive suit therapy. We have a school on site, No Limits Academy which is a not-for-profit school that provides innovative education to children with complex physical disabilities. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals.
-Educate potential referral sources about our services and the benefits of pediatric rehabilitation.
-Coordinate and manage the referral process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
-Track and report referral data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
-Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a referral or outreach role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Passion for helping children and families.
