Job Summary
The Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) adheres to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to provide appropriate case management of clients. The Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) supervise and assist Behavior Technicians in order to maintain treatment integrity for behavior intervention plans.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective, thorough, and clinically sound behavior Assessments, Treatment plans and Progress Reports.
- Review data and make appropriate modifications to client programming based on observable and collected measurable data.
- Create visual tools, token boards and all other materials for Behavior Technicians use.
- Provide parent training
- Conduct clinical training, monitoring and assessment of Behavior Technicians; pertinent to the implementation of client behavior Treatment plans.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn client related software.
- Manage your Caseload and Schedule
- Be reimbursed to grow as a BCBA, attending conferences and seminars
- Use the best ABA software for data analysis, graphing, scheduling, and report writing
- Enjoy the collaboration and support from our team of dedicated, knowledgeable and ethical BCBA's
- Work in YOUR surrounding area (ABLE has clients from Northern MA to Southern CT)
Education and Experience:
Master’s Degree, BCBA Certification and State License required.
This position will require some evenings for "Parent Training"
Area covers surrounding of Northampton, MA
