ABMC Janitorial Inc. has a Custodian Working Supervisor position available to help clean in a commercial office building. This position you must be fully vaccinated with experience as a custodian supervisor to work in the vicinity of 5th Street and Spring Garden Street from 5:00pm to 10pm Monday to Friday nights for $16.49 per hour. - Must have 4 plus years of office building cleaning experience.
- Must have 4 plus years of cleaning lead supervisor experience.
- Musts agree to also be cleaning you areas of the building that management will assign to you.
- Must be able to discipline staff, train new staff and communicate.
- Must be able to sweep and mop floors with professional mop bucket and wringer, and dust surfaces and vacuum.
- Must be able to lift large amounts of trash in the building and dispose to the proper area.
- Must be able bend and squat and get into small spaces under sink to refill soap products, lift trash and remove to designated areas, and scrub clean restrooms and clean around bottom and back side of toilets and urinals
- Must dust, vacuum, and anything else that needs to be cleaned in this building.
- This is a medical facility it must be spotless that is why you must be covid vaccinated
- Must have a good eye for detail cleaning if it is dirty clean it
- Must be able to stand on your feet and walk during your full shift
- Must be the last to leave each night after you check the building and make sure everyone did their jobs correctly and all restrooms were replenished and cleaned.
- May be asked to check chemical interview for staff and report back to management.
- Must always listen and follow the direction of management.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must read, write and speak English.
This building is large and our customer is working 24/7, so you must be quiet, polite and courteous at all times. Our customer is always watching, their are cameras all over building as well.
Job Type: Part-time
