*Lead a team of 10-15 employees
*Welding experience a plus
*Coordinates the execution of the daily/weekly production
*Coordinates staffing for their assigned area of responsibility and assures personnel training is up-to-date.
*Keep track of inventory and work with purchasing when material needs to be ordered.
*Maintain a safe and clean environment for employees
