What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Intelligence Analyst position at Abound Health?
Abound Health is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst (PowerBI Analyst) to help us grow. This role reports directly to the CFO. The BI Analyst is responsible for partnering with leaders across the organization to design, and development of Bi solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and deploy BI solutions including dashboards and interactive visualizations
- Work with leaders across all departments to create and optimize intelligent reports
- Reduce overall business reporting time through automation and adoption to self-serve data models
- Increase organizational knowledge of data analytics through topical and general training sessions
- Provide troubleshooting and assistance for reporting and analytic needs and issues
- Dive into machine learning capabilities of existing and new datasets and integrate learnings into existing business model
- Improve data delivery methods and cadence
- Assist with other ad-hoc data analytic needs

Compensation & Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $90,000-$115,000
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
