- Create and execute innovative recruitment strategies enabling our mission of empowering people.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and the overall talent strategy.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates for all levels of the organization.
- Create and manage efficient recruitment, and onboarding processes with an eye towards continuous improvement, compliance, and outstanding candidate experience.
- Lead redesign the recruiting and interview process, including creating interview guides, training interviewers, and ensuring a consistent and fair evaluation of candidates.
- Partner with the Marketing department to build and maintain the company’s professional brand and network in the communities we serve.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and promote best practices in recruitment processes.
- Perform any other duties as requested by Chief People and Engagement Officer
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or human resources related field
- 3 - 5 years of talent acquisition related experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and high demanding tasks.
- Hands-on, proactive, results oriented, and engaged to fulfill all requirements of the role.
- Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
