Responsibilities

- Assist peers in navigating resources related to mental health services, addiction counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Conduct group sessions or workshops focused on coping strategies, life skills, and recovery planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized support plans for peers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to crisis management and behavioral health.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while supporting peers.
- Document interactions and progress of peers as required by program guidelines.
Skills
- Strong background in social work or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in mentoring individuals or groups effectively.
