Position Title: Level 1 Monitoring Center Analyst
Location: Evansville, IN
Duration: 6 months contract
Work Arrangement: Hybrid position - 3 days per week in office
Pay Range: US $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in technical support, IT monitoring, or system operations.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services).
- Familiarity with Azure and AWS, including resource monitoring and management.
- Experience with monitoring tools to track system health and performance.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing
- Monitor and respond to system alerts across cloud (Azure, AWS), network, applications, servers, and databases.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic system performance and connectivity issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or technical teams.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Perform routine system health checks and generate performance reports.
- Provide first-level support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Respond to alerts and perform preventive tasks to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to improve incident response and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on monitoring best practices and emerging cloud technologies.
