Join our dynamic team as a Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections Administrator and play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring all billable items are accounted for.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor incoming payments, maintain detailed records, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Collections Management: Handle communication with clients regarding outstanding balances, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes professionally.
- QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to track all financial transactions
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly AR aging reports, collection summaries, and other financial analyses to management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and internal teams by addressing inquiries about billing and account discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in serviced based industries preferred.
- Knowledge of other accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Certification in QuickBooks or accounting is a bonus.
