- Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to complete tasks.
- Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on equipment and utilities.
- Collaborate with team members for training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Maintain compliance with production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, industrial lift trucks, and measuring tools.
- Document and communicate maintenance activities effectively.
- Participate in advanced training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Report and address food safety issues or concerns.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Successfully pass a maintenance assessment test (administered by Fox Valley Technical College).
- Willing to attend advanced technology maintenance training on-site or off-site.
- Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and performing tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
