Position: Maintenance Electronics Technician

Shift: Third Shift (10:55 p.m.–6:55 a.m.)

Pay: Starting at $26.17/hour or higher, based on experience and certifications

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Allocate approximately 85% of your time working on the production floor and 15% in the shop.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to complete tasks.
• Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on equipment and utilities.
• Collaborate with team members for training, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Maintain compliance with production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, industrial lift trucks, and measuring tools.
• Document and communicate maintenance activities effectively.
• Participate in advanced training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills.
• Report and address food safety issues or concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successfully pass a maintenance assessment test (administered by Fox Valley Technical College).
• Willing to attend advanced technology maintenance training on-site or off-site.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and performing tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
