Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 years of experience in HR information systems management and support
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Experience with HRIS software such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with HRIS implementation and project management
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
