About the Position:
We are seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABS Kids. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers to promote positive behaviors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
- Analyze data and monitor progress to inform treatment decisions
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligible for certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA or Lead Therapist in a similar setting
- Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and evidence-based treatments
Benefits:
- Total compensation potential including base salary and uncapped monthly bonus plan: $97,500 / year
