Job Description
We are committed to empowering children with autism spectrum disorder and their families to reach their full potential through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and BCBA certification or be in the process of receiving certification. We welcome both new graduates and experienced BCBAs to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized ABA treatment plans for clients
- Conduct behavioral assessments and data analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
