JOB DESCRIPTION :
Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is a rapidly growing organization that is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervision of mid-level Supervisors and Behavior Interventionists
- Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Provide clinical supervision of ABA treatment programs (e.g., treatment design / modification, ongoing analyses, ensuring treatment fidelity, etc.).
- Provide training / consultation / support for direct interventionist staff
- Complete or support in the completion of progress reports
- Conduct caregiver education and training
- Attend monthly clinical team and professional development meetings
- Timely submission of billing requirements, clinical notes, reports, and other materials
- Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
- Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time Salary : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, in addition to a SIGN ON BONUS.
