About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABS Kids. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior analytic services for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism spectrum disorder.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Evaluate client progress and make data-driven decisions to inform treatment changes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client treatment and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Must have completed at least 12-semester units in a verified Masters of ABA coursework sequence through an accredited university.
- At least one year of designing or implementing behavior analytic services.
- Completion of at least 500 total fieldwork hours with at least 300 of those hours unrestricted.
- Must maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
