Field Project Supervisor

ABT Plumbing, Electric, Heat & Air is seeking an experienced full-time Field Project Supervisor to lead our field technicians across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC service calls in Auburn, CA. YOUR DAY AS OUR FIELD PROJECT SUPERVISOR

As a Field Project Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a team of technicians in the field, ensuring that all service calls are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will provide direct support to technicians across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC jobs, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance when needed.

In addition to managing the field operations, you will be responsible for mentoring your team, conducting on-the-job training, and providing feedback to foster continuous improvement. Your expertise in sales will also be utilized to guide technicians in presenting service options to clients, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains our top priority.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR FIELD PROJECT SUPERVISOR

• 5 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades, with hands-on skills in all three
• Proven supervisory and training experience leading a team of technicians
• Sales experience with a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with flat-rate pricing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tablets and iPads
• Ability to perform fieldwork without physical limitations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating both management and technical challenges across multiple trades

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position based in Auburn, CA. The role will involve both office and field work, with flexible scheduling to support the team and manage projects effectively.
