Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator at AC Electric Corporation in Auburn, ME.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with the team to gather necessary information for effective planning.
- Utilize tools such excel, microsoft word, and outlook
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between customers, subcontractors, and our engineers
- Potentially conduct site visits
- Assist in office tasks given by superiors
- Take any overflow workload
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment management skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service abilities
- Clear Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
