The Front Desk Supervisor serves as the face of the AC Hotel Downtown Tucson, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and brand standards. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, handling guest feedback, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and in line with AC Hotel brand standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving concerns efficiently and ensuring a positive resolution.
- Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to enhance their stay.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and support front desk agents to maintain high-quality service and consistency.
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by motivating and guiding staff in delivering a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure all employees adhere to hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Operations & Hotel Profitability
- Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, accurate billing, and adherence to hotel policies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of hotel operations and support in achieving overall profitability.
- Assist in managing occupancy, rates, and revenue opportunities to maximize financial success.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and front desk procedures.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Previous Marriott experience & FOSSE experience is a plus!
