We are looking for seasoned Front Desk associates with experience in Marriott, FOSSE, and/ or GXP. Candidates must have open availability.
Guest Service Representative Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
