Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to provide excellent customer service to physicians and patients referred for appointments/services at USF Health. Serves as the point of contact for patients being referred to USF Health to schedule provider referred appointments/services within the practice plan. Screens and processes internal referrals generated by USF Health and/or outside providers.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of Front Desk experience in healthcare
- Approved medical terminology certification or med term course completion
