Responsibilities
- Review schedules and requests
- Monitor service performance
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations.
- Ability to manage in a fast paced, high change work environment
- Solid internal and external customer service skills
- Organized, analytical and drive for results
- Instinct for process improvement
- CDL and experience in the motorcoach industry preferred but not required
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience working with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel.
