Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Assisting with day-to-day office tasks
· Ordering and upkeeping office supplies
· Managing office work orders and keeping track of open issues
· Booking travel and maintaining calendars for advisory board members
· Maintaining company metric data and marketing decks
· Working with vendors to help coordinate off site events
· Coordinating with team members across different offices to ensure successful company operations
· Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/PowerPoint/Photoshop)
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with travel and expense systems
• Excellent calendar management skills
• Purchasing and procurement experience
• Military Service will be considered in lieu of experience, veterans encouraged to apply
