Responsibilities
- Assist other team members with contract implementation
- Coordination with Clients on all segments of the business relationship.
- Maintain an organized office environment, including filing systems and inventory management.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective schedule management across departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
