Responsibilities:
- Assist property manager with daily administrative tasks
- Support receptionist and leasing agents as needed
- Receive, log, and organize inventory purchases
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Experience with email platforms such as Gmail is required
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel or Google Docs & Sheets is required
- Experience with Property Management Software (Buildium, Yardi, PropertyWare) is not required but is a significant plus
- Experience with Real Estate or Facilities Maintenance is not required but is a significant plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $16 - $18/hr.
- Eligible for salary increase after 6 or 12 months
- Annual bonus based on performance
