The AR Clerk position is an essential role in our Business Office. This position works with daily revenues, weekly billing, as well as AR aging.
Essential Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities
- Reviews daily gross revenues ensuring their accuracy as well month end close out of revenues
- Maintains A/R aging and posts all cash receipts accurately and timely
- Prepares weekly billing log ensuring all diagnosis codes and certifications have been received
- Processes itemized billings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years business office experience in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of medical terminology and coding in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills as well as attention to detail
