Acara Solutions is seeking an Email Marketing Operations Specialist for our client in the cloud-based software space.
- Part-Time : Approximately 20 hours per week; flexible hours, but availability required during standard Monday-Friday EST business hours.
- Pay Rate : Flexible and dependent on expertise in Braze.
- Contract : Through November 2025, with the possibility for extension.
- Location : 100% Remote; candidates in the EST time zone are highly preferred.As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in our clients marketing strategy by enabling seamless customer journey campaigns through our journey orchestration tool, Braze. You'll work closely with Marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer experiences and engagement.Key Responsibilities : Partner with Marketing stakeholders to operationalize our clients journey orchestration tool (Braze) for multi-channel campaigns, including Email, In-Product Messaging, SMS, and more.Support the Campaign Operations team in building and managing complex campaigns within Braze.Act as a technical resource for email development, ensuring high-quality and responsive designs.Explore opportunities to leverage additional tools, such as Pendo and Marketo, to enhance campaign execution.Collaborate across teams to drive process improvements that enhance speed and efficiency.Communicate progress and updates effectively to ensure alignment across stakeholders.Required Skills / Qualifications : -Minimum 4 years of experience in a systems / operational role working with marketing technology and stakeholders.-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using journey orchestration, SMS, IPM, and email tools (, Braze, Iterable, , Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Twilio, Pendo).
