Job Title : Email and CRM Marketing Manager
Department : Strategic Enrollment | Marketing and Communications
The Email and CRM Marketing Manager within Strategic Enrollment Management leads efforts to deliver digital communications that enhance engagement, drive lead generation and support enrollment outcomes.
Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, this position manages audience segmentation and distribution, email and text workflow and campaign creation and performance tracking. In addition to leading the team, the Email and CRM Marketing Manager works hands-on to implement these tasks, ensuring a balance between strategic oversight and execution.
The Email and CRM Marketing Manager collaborates with the analytics team to track marketing automation performance and provides insights to improve future campaigns. This includes conducting A / B testing and analyzing open rates, click-through rates and other engagement metrics to determine optimal timing and performance of emails and texts. This position also works closely with the content team to refine email subject lines, calls to action, and content for better campaign performance.
Additionally, the role oversees the distribution of student recruitment data, supporting direct mail campaigns and academic college and regional campus marketing and recruitment. This position also provides training and guidance to academic colleges on how to use student recruitment data within Marketing Cloud.
This position also oversees event submissions within Blackthorn, manages submission workflows and provides training to ensure effective use of the platform.
The Email and CRM Marketing Manager leads and mentors a high-performing marketing automation team, fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
Additional Information :
The pay range for this job profile is $64,300 - $80,000. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
Experience (Required)
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum 3-5 years experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
