One of Acara Solutions clients in the Cancer Research Field is looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to join their team!Location : 100% remoteDuration : 3 to 6 monthsPay Rate : $37-41 / HR The Senior Executive Assistant will provide confidential executive support to the SVP, Chief Diversity Officer. Manages office operations, coordinates with teams, volunteers, and board members, and serves as a liaison for administrative matters. Handles records, travel, meetings, documents, calendars, reports, and special projects.-Manages office records, scanning, filing, and ensuring compliance with Records Management policies.-Coordinates SVP's travel via Concur, research options, prepares itineraries, and resolves travel issues.-Oversees T&E submissions, PCard transactions, and expense reporting, ensuring policy compliance.-Ensures timely eTime and STAR submissions, liaising with Talent Strategy as needed.-Manages mail, email, thank-you messages, and correspondence efficiently.-Organizes meetings, securing venues, AV, materials, and distributing minutes.-Maintains SVP's calendar, schedules meetings, and coordinates with key stakeholders.-Prepares SVP for meetings, develops content, and acts as liaison with leadership and external partners.-Leads special projects, department events, and initiatives.-Pulls reports, tracks department data, and ensures accuracy.-Manages office supplies, mail distribution, and facility coordination.-Supports Talent Strategy by onboarding employees, handling equipment, and mentoring staff.-Oversees general office operations, including storage, invoices, and event logistics.-Maintains office email groups and profile information.Required Skills / Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and work experience Minimum of 5 years progressive experience supporting an executive is requiredPreferred Skills / Qualifications : Non-profit experience is preferredAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
