- Develop and execute revenue operations strategies to support company growth goals.
- Partner with leadership to create forecasts, set targets, and analyze performance against KPIs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
- Manage dashboards to track KPIs (lead conversion rates, sales performance, churn).
- Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems using BizEquity's tech stack to make more informed data decisions (HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio).
- Support sales enablement initiatives ensuring revenue teams have the resources and tools to succeed.
- Ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and strategies across departments.
