Our company seeks a driven, detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team where growth and innovation are at the forefront. The Revenue Operations Manager will be key in driving growth and efficiency across the revenue-generating teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. This role will optimize processes, implement scalable systems, and deliver actionable insights to enhance performance and alignment across all revenue streams. This candidate will be data-driven, strategic, and adept at managing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

  • Develop and execute revenue operations strategies to support company growth goals.
  • Partner with leadership to create forecasts, set targets, and analyze performance against KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Manage dashboards to track KPIs (lead conversion rates, sales performance, churn).
  • Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems using BizEquity's tech stack to make more informed data decisions (HubSpot, Salesforce, Maxio).
  • Support sales enablement initiatives ensuring revenue teams have the resources and tools to succeed.
  • Ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and strategies across departments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytic tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
