Position Overview
The Payor Relations & Contract Specialist supports the efficient execution of contract management and provider network operations. This role is responsible for processing, reconciling, reporting, and organizing contract and credentialing information in our system while meeting productivity targets and ensuring high-quality standards. The Specialist will conduct outreach, research, and reconciliation efforts to support network development initiatives and strategies.
This is a fully remote position, with the opportunity to collaborate with team in the Columbus, OH area.
Schedule
Full-Time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours / week). Mon - Fri, standard business hours.
How Payor Relations & Contract Specialists Empower Recovery
- Strengthen MCO relationships and conduct regular joint operations meetings.
- Provide claims support and escalate prior authorization issues to resolution.
- Assist in preparing for value-based contract arrangements.
- Support growth initiatives and expansion efforts by leveraging expertise in reporting, research, and planning.
- Log, scrub, and enter contract information into our system with precision and accuracy.
