What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health

Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product / service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Job Summary
The Senior Manager, PSAO Network & Payor Relations is a key management position that leads the PBM relations team and is the primary point of contact for contract compliance and issue resolution between PSAO Network members and Payor partners including but not limited to issues arising from contract disputes, application of contract terms and affiliations. This customer audience focused role is responsible for upstream and downstream communications and oversight of PSAO Network Tier 2 support.
Responsibilities
- Oversees PBM Relations Team including Tier 2 support
- Supervises PSAO Network Affiliations and Credentialling Team
- Supervises PBM Contract compliance including effective rate terms and conditions in collaboration with PBM Analytics Team
- Addresses customer concerns pertaining to market trends and contract terms and conditions
- Aligns internal sales team with designed go-to-market message.
- Oversees the functional management of direct reports including but not limited to career development, succession planning to meet the organization's needs.
