About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Distribution Manager to join our team at Accede Solutions, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the functions of distribution, shipping/receiving, mail, inventory control and forms management for our Health System.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage staff, budgets and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the functions of distribution, shipping/receiving, mail, inventory control and forms management
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, retaining and evaluating employees
- Conduct progress reviews and performance appraisals for assigned staff
- Establish, implement and maintain policies and procedures for shipping-receiving, distribution, warehouse and mailroom processes and activities
- Oversee departmental budgetary procedure to ensure proper operational and capital planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a hospital materials or inventory control position required
- Prior supervisory experience desired
- Valid State of Nebraska driver's license required
- Pallet jack certification required
