Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload.
Fundamental Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
