What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor - ABA Therapist position at Accel Therapies?
At Accel Therapies, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental needs. As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for your clients.
The BCBA is responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients. You will also maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times, adhere to all company policies and procedures, and represent the company professionally in all situations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals. You will supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods, and support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, a valid certification as a BCBA, and interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
