About the Role:
The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients. The Clinical Supervisor will also maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times, adhere to company policies and procedures, and represent the company professionally in all situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required skills and qualifications include a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, a valid certification as a BCBA, interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities, and a demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
