About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you leading and managing our SLP services, including direct therapy, clinical quality assurance, and leadership and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Therapy
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
- Deliver therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, client-centered care.
Clinical Quality Assurance:
- Design, implement, and maintain electronic documentation systems to ensure seamless data flow and compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate audits and monitoring referrals.
- Drive program development and performance improvement initiatives to enhance the SLP service line.
Leadership and Strategic Growth:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the SLP team, promoting excellence in practice and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Pursue partnerships with community providers to expand Accel's reputation and referral network.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in speech-language pathology through ongoing research and professional development.
Requirements:
- Mastery expertise in speech-language pathology.
- Experience working in diverse clinical settings and leading new markets.
- Proficiency in using speech and language assessment tools.

Education and Experience:
- A Master's degree in speech pathology is required.
- A State license as a speech pathologist is required.
- A willingness to get licensed in other states is desired.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience working in the speech pathology field is preferred.
