Job Description
The Speech Services Manager will oversee the SLP operations at Accel Therapies, ensuring high-quality assurance and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line. This position involves clinical and administrative management of SLP practices.

Responsibilities
- Therapy and Assessment: Conduct assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Clinical Leadership: Manage and supervise all clinical and support staff in all programs. Ensure high-quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Accel leadership to strategically plan the growth of the Speech service line across our current markets and in new markets.
