Job Summary
The Program Supervisor will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and create a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with BCBAs to design and implement individualized ABA programs.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans.
- Train and coach a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior assessment outcomes.
