About the Role
This role involves overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, and promoting a positive work environment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Working closely with BCBAs to develop and implement tailored ABA programs
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and reporting client progress
- Leading and mentoring a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians
