We are searching for a friendly and organized unit clerk to join our amazing team at the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update residents’ medical records in compliance with regulations
- Assist the nursing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
- Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other clerical duties
- Ensure confidentiality and organization of all medical documentation
- Support the admissions process by managing paperwork and records
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good computer skills with programs, such as MS Office and Google Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to remain calm in a high-stress environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or with a valid exemption.
