NOW HIRING : Unit Clerk / Medical Records

We are searching for a friendly and organized unit clerk to join our amazing team at the facility.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and update residents’ medical records in compliance with regulations

Assist the nursing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation

Handle phone calls, correspondence, and other clerical duties

Ensure confidentiality and organization of all medical documentation

Support the admissions process by managing paperwork and records

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED.

Good computer skills with programs, such as MS Office and Google Suite.

Advanced knowledge of medical terminology.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The ability to remain calm in a high-stress environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or with a valid exemption.
