We are currently seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability testing efforts for their innovative optical transceivers. This company is dedicated to delivering next-gen, high-speed photonic solutions to meet the demands of AI infrastructure and high-performance computing.
In this crucial hardware role, you will take charge of all reliability tests, including Telcordia GR-468, UL Safety, and Laser testing. As a partner to one of the largest hyperscale data center operators globally, it is essential that you bring previous customer-facing experience and familiarity with third-party testing processes.
Your contributions will be vital in successfully launching the company's inaugural optical transceiver product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability testing protocols adhering to Telcordia GR-468 , UL Safety , and other industry standards.
- Conduct laser testing and performance characterization to verify product compliance and durability.
- Collaborate with third-party testing labs to facilitate external validation and certification processes.
- Act as a customer-facing technical expert , addressing inquiries and presenting reliability findings to clients.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to inform product enhancements.
- Create comprehensive reliability reports and deliver constructive feedback to internal teams aimed at product improvement.
- Keep abreast of reliability standards and integrate best practices for optical components.
