Vice President of Sales-SFO

Job Summary :
Drives revenue generation on our assets, develops sales strategies for execution in the market and builds an asset development plan in partnership with key market leaders and as part of the senior management team.
Job Responsibilities :
Drives for revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting revenue projections and
Engages with the National Sales organization and supporting teams to develop impactful and effective marketing
Implements targeted, customer-centric initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with key
Develops sales team through recruiting, selecting and growing exceptional sales talent
Manages, develops and coaches sales team and holds them accountable against
Leads the strategic development of marketing programs and digital strategies to drive revenues and achieve business
Cultivates market insights and finds new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing base of

Job Qualifications :
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military
Work Experience
5 years leading a sales organization, with specific accomplishments in strategic roles directly empowering sales teams, building relationships with all levels within an organization and driving cultural
Skills
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on
Has demonstrated leadership experience in large sales organizations, including experience building and developing a team of sales
Has deep knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense
Possess deep and broad business acumen with strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving
Able to multi-task and balance multiple
Has excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations and leading
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
