Candidate coordination, including serving as candidates' primary point of contact and providing timely updates.
Interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Database management, maintaining and updating candidate databases and employment records.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members. You must have a minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR support role and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
