Job Description :

As the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent for our agency. You will be responsible for creating compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives along with coordinating and onboarding new sales agents / agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition marketing strategies that align with the agency's hiring needs and business goals.
  • Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.
  • Build and promote the agency's employer brand to establish us as an employer of choice within the insurance industry.
  • Optimize job postings, career pages, and social media platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and emerging technologies in recruitment marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and advertising platforms.
  • Interview and onboard new sales agents and agencies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to create and execute digital marketing strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
