Job Description :

As the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent for our agency. You will be responsible for creating compelling employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives along with coordinating and onboarding new sales agents / agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement talent acquisition marketing strategies that align with the agency's hiring needs and business goals.
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.
Build and promote the agency's employer brand to establish us as an employer of choice within the insurance industry.
Optimize job postings, career pages, and social media platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and emerging technologies in recruitment marketing.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, and advertising platforms.
Interview and onboard new sales agents and agencies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Proven ability to create and execute digital marketing strategies for talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices.

Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM software.

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
