Access Dental, Dentures & Implants is looking for an Front Office Coordinator to join our Carthage team! Our ideal Front Office Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Are you Bilingual? English and Spanish is a plus!
What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and coordination (e.g. insurance verification and coverages, organizing and presenting treatment plans based on insurance coverage)
- Building a productive schedule, managing daily schedule, confirming future appointments
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to coordinate day-to-day procedures for patients.
- Maintain complete control of all functions in the front office during business hours.
- Anticipate patient needs and respond to them in a timely manner.
- Follow all company guidelines with regard to service and profit attainment.
- Check in/ Check out patients
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Dental insurance verification, predeterminations, claim submisison
- Schedule audits
- Make sure that operations in the front office run smoothly.
- Be well versed in company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned
