The university is seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Director of Annual Funds. Under the direction of the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Director will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of a comprehensive annual giving program. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and philanthropic support from alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends of the university.
A bachelors degree from an accredited institution and 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, or a related field are required. Exceptional oral and written communication and people skills as well as knowledge of the MS Office suite and related technology are essential, as is the proven ability to work effectively as a team member, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the Virtuous database platform or similar CRM software is preferred. The ability to work occasional evening and weekend events is necessary.
