  • Oversee fire sprinkler inspection procedures, ensuring all work meets industry standards.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team of installers and service technicians.
  • Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to ensure high team performance.
  • Resolve conflicts, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor team productivity.

5. Client Interaction

  • Meet with clients to understand their fire protection needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Offer technical consultations and support sales managers in developing system proposals.

6. Budget & Cost Control

  • Track project expenses and job costs, making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for sprinkler system components (pipes, valves, heads, etc.).
  • Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and negotiate for competitive pricing.

7. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting

  • Conduct site visits to inspect installations and address any system issues.
  • Oversee testing of installed systems, including hydrostatic testing and operational verification.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure system reliability and effectiveness.

8. Safety & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols on job sites.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  • Enforce company and regulatory safety standards for all field operations.
