Fire Sprinkler Project Estimator
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Estimator in the Nokomis FL area to join our growing family-owned business. This Project Estimator is responsible for estimating, planning, organizing and working closely with the Fire Sprinkler Department Manager to secure profitable fire sprinkler work. The Project Estimator will ensure that all estimates, bids, and proposals are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. The position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, contractors, architects and designers.
For Fire Sprinkler Project Estimator, we offer the following compensation package :
60,000 to $80,000 (Depending on Experience)
100% Medical Insurance Paid.

Responsibilities :
Schedule Monday-Friday 8 : 30 – 5pm
Responsible for the preparation of project estimates and developing the pricing for the competitive bids in the pursuit of Fire sprinkling projects
Layout of drawings, understanding hydraulic calculations, identify material, equipment, and price related items to submit a professional proposal.
Assess hazard classifications and necessary protection needed for proper sprinkler coverage within the proposal.
Identifying Special Requirements Necessary to Complete the Project and Ensure that is Incorporated into the Estimate, Bid or Proposal. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on any Specialty Materials, Supplies, or Equipment.
Assess Post-Completion Costs Versus Bid to Identify Opportunities for Bid Improvement, Cost Reductions and Other Considerations for Future Project Estimates
Requirements :
Minimum 5 Years of Fire Sprinkler Project Estimator Experience
Ability to Review Blueprints, Specifications and Contracts to Assess Project Requirements and Cost.
Experience in Developing Fire Sprinkler Project Bids / Estimates.
Proven Ability to Creatively Solve Problems and Manage Multi-Tasks
Possess Valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV record in accordance with company policy
Knowledge and Experience related to the design, installation, and service of the fire sprinkler systems
Ability to Work Under Minimal Supervision.
NICET certification (preferred)
